Return Exchange Policy
This limited warranty extends for the first twenty-four (24) months beginning from the date of the original purchase and in the territory of Pakistan only.
When claiming repairs under warranty, Customer is required to show the Philips warranty card and purchase receipts.
For product under warranty, Philips or via its authorized service contractor will repair or replace, at any Philips option, any defective product or parts. No charge will be made for either parts or labor in repairing or replacing the product. All replaced parts shall become the property of Phillips.
This limited warranty excludes:
Products damaged or defective due to lightning, power surges, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, exposure to excessive temperature, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, use of unauthorized spare parts, neglect, abuse, accident, Acts of God such as flood, Fire, Earthquake, Ordinary wear and tear of the product or other acts which are beyond the reasonable control of Philips.
Accessories / Parts such as battery, blade, drive, coupling, dust bag, filter or any other external accessories /parts, which are worn out from normal use.
Lost, modified, incomplete or unregistered warrant card.
Any IMPLIED Warranty of Merchantability OR Fitness for a Particular purpose or use shall be limited to the duration of the foregoing written warranty. Otherwise the foregoing warranty is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Philips shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or a loss of anticipated services, Benefits or Profits, work stoppage or loss or impairment of data arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
NOTICE: For warranty support, Please Present this warranty card together with the dealer purchase receipt. Onsite service will be provided on purchased items above Rs.10, 000. Service charges will be RS.300 per visit in ISLAMABAD, LAHORE, KARACHI, & PESHAWAR.
